Refund policy

We stand behind every product we sell. We guarantee our equipment will be working on your floor and in the exact condition stated in the ad, if not we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price within thirty (30) days of your purchase. If there is an initial problem (i.e. shipping damage) we will cover shipping costs and replacement of unit. Guarantee covers condition and working status, if there are any cosmetic blemishes they will be stated in the ad.  Some equipment is pre-owned and will be advertised as such.  Warranty includes parts and labor for 6 months from date of purchase at our office (unless other warranty agreement is offered above), shipping after the initial 30 days is not included. For warranty, we need the original receipt or a record of purchase transaction, and the product must be in its original condition.  Please allow up to 10 business days for return to be processed.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
